Does this sound familiar?
Tap any that sound like your situation.
-
Turnover usually points to a management or onboarding problem, not a hiring one. The Baseline helps identify where people are leaving and why, and Advisory helps your managers address it.
-
When the owner is still the HR department, things slip. We build the basics: hiring and onboarding, policies, documentation, and a clear way to handle people issues before they escalate.
-
An outdated handbook creates confusion and risk. We update policies to match how you actually operate and help your managers apply them consistently.
-
We can cover the role while you decide what longer-term HR looks like for your company, so nothing falls through the cracks in the meantime.
-
We help managers set clear expectations, give useful feedback, handle difficult conversations, and follow through consistently.
-
Before you react, get a second set of eyes. We help you think through documentation and next steps, and when it makes sense to bring in an employment attorney.
Fractional HR support, three ways
Every client is unique. These service descriptions and possible deliverables are examples for education and discussion—a starting point for a conversation. Your scope and deliverables are tailored to your priorities, circumstances, and goals and agreed before work begins.
-
A focused, fixed-fee review of workforce practices such as hiring, onboarding, documentation, and management. Possible deliverables include written findings, a prioritized roadmap, and a readout discussion. These are examples for education and conversation. We agree on the review’s focus, fee, and deliverables based on your organization’s unique needs before work begins.
-
Monthly support of up to 15 hours, beginning with your Baseline. From there, you have a senior workforce consultant to call before the hard decision, not after it: handbook and policy updates, manager coaching, hiring and onboarding design, and employee relations guidance.
-
Everything in Advisory with more hands-on time, up to 25 hours a month, plus priority response and a quarterly review of progress. Built for employers who want a workforce partner involved in day-to-day people decisions.
